The Student Affairs Assessment Advisory Council at Oklahoma State University exists
to provide resources, support, and infrastructure for assessment work in the Division
of Student Affairs.
Student Affairs strategic initiatives and assessment exists to create a culture of
evidence-based decision making, planning and alignment to ensure that departmental
and divisional efforts contribute to continuous learning, improvement and attainment
of the strategic plan's goals.
Guided Reflection on Work
The OSU GROW (Guided Reflection on Work) program uses brief, structured conversations
between student employees and their supervisors to help make the learning that is
occurring through student employment more "visible" to the students.
OSU’s Division of Student Affairs is hosting a virtual professional development opportunity
focused on assessment Tuesday, March 22, 2022. We will post registration information and other details as
they are available, so check back here for updates.
