Assistantship Interview Days

Graduate assistantship interviews will be conducted on February 23, 2024 from 8 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.

 

Please check-in at the Student Union Council Room 412, located on the 4th floor of the Student Union. Parking is available through the Student Union Parking Garage: Student Union, 100 S Hester St, Stillwater, OK 74078.  

 

Individual interviews will be conducted all throughout the Student Union and you will be given a specific interview schedule upon your arrival.

 

Interview Schedule

• 8:00 - 8:20 a.m.: Candidate Check-In (breakfast provided)
• 8:20 - 8:35 a.m.: Welcome and Schedule of Process
• 8:40 - 9:40 a.m.: Group Interview
• 9:45 - 10:15 a.m.: Individual Interview Slot #1
• 10:20 - 10:50 a.m.: Individual Interview Slot #2
• 10:55 - 11:25 a.m.: Individual Interview Slot #3
• 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Individual Interview Slot #4
• 12:00 - 1:30 p.m.: Break for Lunch
• 1:30 - 2:00 p.m.: Individual Interview Slot #5
• 2:05 - 2:35 p.m.: Individual Interview Slot #6
• 2:40 - 3:10 p.m.: Individual Interview Slot #7
• 3:15 - 3:45 p.m.: Individual Interview Slot #8
• 3:50 - 4:20 p.m.: Individual Interview Slot #9
• 4:25 - 4:55 p.m.: Individual Interview Slot #10
• 5:00 - 5:30 p.m.: Individual Interview Slot #11
