Clothing Resources
Coats
Our Student Government Association (SGA) has coats for all sizes from kids to adults. If you need a winter coat, please visit 211 Student Union or call 405-744-6500.
Clothing for Transgender Students
The Trans Trunk is an on-campus resource to provide transgender students with free clothing that might otherwise be difficult to access. We offer feminine and masculine clothing as well as chest binders, bras, underwear and breast forms. Contact Irissa Baxter for more information.
Housing Resources
Mission of Hope Housing
Mission of Hope on 1804 S. Perkins Road specializes in programs to assist homeless individuals and families. By providing supportive housing, food, comprehensive case management and life skills training, Mission of Hope works toward helping people become self-sufficient.
Transitional Living Program
The Payne County Youth Services Transitional Living Program is dedicated to providing free quality services for the positive development and recovery of youth and families. Services include LGBTQ+ support, counseling, transitional housing, independent living housing, job assistance, incentives, life skills and crisis support for individuals up to age 22.
Crisis Assistance
The Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency on 410 S. Lewis St. helps low-income individuals and families avoid crisis situations. This agency prioritizes meeting emergency needs. Then it follows up in helping individuals and families gain self-sufficiency through supportive case management and partnerships with other social services providers in the area.
