Oklahoma State is Here for You

Monday, February 10, 2020

College can be hard! There's deadlines, pressure and so much to keep track of. Don't let the hard moments keep you from achieving your goals. Mental health is an important topic and not something to avoid.

We want you to know we have resources and people here to help you with these struggles.

You Have Options

Oklahoma State cares about your mental health and is here to help. We offer resources just for you to make sure your mental health is in check.

  • OSU Counseling Clinic   / 320 Student Union

  • TAO Self Help
    • TAO is online assistance that is designed to help you overcome anxiety, depression and other concerns through guided activities. It’s available to anyone with an Oklahoma State email address.

  • MD Live
    • Students on the clinic waitlist are eligible for five free sessions with a licensed counselor via video or phone.
  • Reboot Center
    • The Reboot Center is a quiet space to help calm your mind and body in 320W Student Union. They use stress management technology to monitor your stress and relaxation levels, helping you learn to lower your stress level normally. There are also fun stress-relieving video games!
  • Pete’s Pet Posse
  • OSU’s pet therapy program is here for you! It is the most comprehensive in the nation, and P3 pups are professionally trained and nationally certified to be the goodest of dogs. The dogs and their owners frequently make visits on campus. Check out P3’s social media pages for updates on where they’ll be, as well as the OSU event calendar.
