Kick Off the Fall Season

As the leaves begin to turn and fall commences, one thing becomes abundantly clear: fall sports are here!
We are thrilled to kick off another season of OSU cross country, football and soccer, where every gameday promises unforgettable memories and an atmosphere that is only found in Stillwater. There truly is nothing like an OSU gameday!
Some gameday advice:
- Wear Your Best OSU Gear: Show off your Cowboy pride by sporting bright orange or your favorite OSU merch. My favorite place to shop to show off my school spirit is the University Store!
- Learn the Traditions: Familiarize yourself with the various OSU traditions so that you can participate on gameday! It’s traditions like the pre-game tailgating, the paddle people at the west endzone and hearing, “Heeeere comes Bullet!” after each touchdown, that makes each game so special!
- Stay Hydrated and Fuel Up: Drink plenty of water throughout the day and enjoy local food offerings at the stadium or nearby! PRO TIP: Your meal plan works to buy food and non-alcoholic drinks at Boone Pickens and Neal Patterson Stadium!
- Be Responsible: If you are over 21 and decide to drink, drink responsibly! Have a plan for getting home safely, whether it's assigning a designated driver or calling an Uber.
- Capture Memories: Gamedays bring memories that you will never forget! Take photos and videos so that you can look back to reminisce on the good times.
- Know the Schedule: Be aware of game start times, halftime performances or any special events happening on gameday. You never want to miss out on what gamedays have to offer!
