Our mission
Student Affairs strategic initiatives and assessment exists to create a culture of evidence-based decision making, planning and alignment to ensure that departmental and divisional efforts contribute to continuous learning, improvement and attainment of the strategic plan's goals.
OSU GROW
Guided Reflection on Work
The OSU GROW (Guided Reflection on Work) program uses brief, structured conversations between student employees and their supervisors to help make the learning that is occurring through student employment more "visible" to the students.
