We’re Here for You

At OSU, we care about your well-being. Remember, if you or someone you know is in crisis, don’t hesitate to reach out. Call 911 or the OSU Police, or CALL SAM at 855-225-2726. If you're unsure if someone needs immediate help, you can submit a Care Report for support.

You’re a vital part of the Cowboy family, and we’re all in this together. So take a breath, reach out if you need help, and remember that prioritizing your mental health is one of the best things you can do for yourself this semester.
