Our campus offers a variety of mental health services tailored to your needs, both in-person and virtually. Here are some options:
- University Counseling Services: Provides services including individual, group, grief and substance abuse counseling. In-person and virtual options are available!
- Walk-in Clinic: Get immediate help with no appointment necessary!
- Reboot Center: A welcoming space to recharge and find resources.
- Talk About It Tuesday Videos & University Counseling Podcast: Insightful discussions on mental health topics.
- Call SAM (Student Assistance by Mercy) at 855-225-2726: Available 24/7 for those in crisis.
- Pete’s Pet Posse: a visit with OSU’s pet therapy program can help!
- Togetherall: A safe and anonymous online community where you can share what’s on your mind, and it is monitored by trained professionals 24/7.

At OSU, we care about your well-being. Remember, if you or someone you know is in crisis, don’t hesitate to reach out. Call 911 or the OSU Police, or CALL SAM at 855-225-2726. If you're unsure if someone needs immediate help, you can submit a Care Report for support.
